Shipping within the United States is free for all products. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, comprising 1–2 business days handling and 2–3 business days transit.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible and suitable for the product and delivery equipment.
10. Trailers
Customers purchasing trailers are responsible for confirming that the trailer is appropriate for their intended use and compatible with their towing vehicle.
Before towing, customers should verify applicable:
- Tow vehicle capacity
- Trailer weight
- GVWR
- Payload capacity
- Hitch requirements
- Brake requirements
- State and local requirements
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and safety requirements relating to trailer ownership, registration, towing, loading, and operation.
11. Shipping Containers
Shipping containers are large products that may require specialized transportation and placement equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property can safely accommodate the container and that the delivery location provides adequate access.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required property-owner approvals, permits, zoning approvals, or other permissions applicable to the intended use.
12. Portable Restrooms
Portable restrooms are intended for appropriate temporary or outdoor restroom applications.
Placement, delivery, servicing, cleaning, pumping, relocation, and other services may be subject to separate terms or charges unless expressly included with the applicable purchase or service agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing an accessible and appropriate placement location.
13. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
We accept returns for defective and non-defective products and exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery, including new and slightly used or opened items. Large-item freight requirements do not create additional exclusions.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is free on all products delivered within the United States, with no minimum order value and no separate shipping, handling or delivery surcharges. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (America/New_York) Monday–Friday begin processing that business day; orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or public holidays begin the next business day. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 2–3 business days, for an estimated total of 3–5 business days. Processing, transit and delivery days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products, including change-of-mind returns, and exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery. New and slightly used products, including opened products, are eligible. Returns are by mail or shipping carrier, with suitable freight transport for large items. Customers arrange and pay for return labels and transport. A 15% restocking fee applies to the product price actually paid, and refunds are completed within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned product, subject to applicable statutory rights. Free outbound shipping does not include free return transportation.

Warranty procedures and exclusions do not remove eligibility under the 30-day return policy or any non-excludable consumer rights.
