Shipping Coverage
We ship throughout the United States. This shipping policy applies to our entire product catalog, including trailers and propane tanks.
Free Shipping
Shipping is free for all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase requirement.

- Free shipping applies to all products, regardless of order value or quantity.
- We do not add separate shipping, handling or delivery surcharges.
All prices and shipping amounts are expressed in United States dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax is displayed separately at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time, using the America/New_York time zone, Monday through Friday. This time zone follows Eastern Standard Time (GMT−05:00) and Eastern Daylight Time when applicable.
Orders placed before the cutoff begin processing that business day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Order Processing and Handling
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before being handed to the delivery carrier.
Our processing and fulfillment days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are not processing days.
Handling time covers preparing your order for shipment. It is separate from the carrier’s transit time.
Transit Time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is 2–3 business days for all United States destinations.
Transit and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, consisting of:

This estimate is calculated from the applicable processing start day and takes the order cutoff time into account. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-business days begin their delivery calculation on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Severe weather, transportation disruptions or other unexpected events may affect delivery. If your order is delayed, contact us for an updated delivery estimate.
Delivery Information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and email address when placing your order.
For trailers, propane tanks and other large items, please tell us about any delivery-site access restrictions so delivery arrangements can be coordinated. Contact us promptly if your delivery information needs correction. Address changes requested after dispatch may affect the delivery schedule.
Delayed, Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or is missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Where safe and practical, retain packaging and provide photographs to help us investigate.
